the location suited me well. it was close to victoria station and some restaurants. the room had effective air conditioning. a water refill station was available, which i found helpful.
The room was quite small. I struggled to open my luggage fully. there were no shelves in the room. this made it difficult to organize my belongings. i also noticed some noise at night. It made falling asleep a bit challenging.

I found the location quite advantageous. Victoria coach and subway stations were very accessible. gatwick express access was simple, and my arrival was seamless. i also appreciated the availability of luggage storage post-checkout for a small fee. the complimentary wifi was reliable.
the front desk interaction was subpar, as the staff seemed disengaged. i requested assistance securing a taxi, but the staff directed me to the train station. this caused some stress. a bit more proactive assistance would have been beneficial.

The staff were so polite and helpful. They assisted me with directions. the location was superb, just a short walk from the victoria station. i found the room to be very clean and tidy upon arrival, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping.
